These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClipTrip apps and website. By using ClipTrip, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using ClipTrip, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ClipTrip helps you discover places, plan and run trips, collaborate with others, and find and book travel through third-party partners. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use ClipTrip and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Subscriptions, trial & billing
ClipTrip offers a free trial and paid plans (day, week, month and year). Paid plans are billed through the applicable app store or our payment provider and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse ClipTrip: no illegal, infringing, harmful or abusive content; no scraping, reverse engineering or disrupting the service; and respect other users and third-party terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the trips, places, photos and other content you add. You grant us a licence to host, display and process it to operate the service — for example, to show trips to the participants you invite, or to publish trips you choose to share. You are responsible for the content you add and share.
Bookings & affiliate links
Bookings — flights, hotels, tickets, trains, cruises and similar — are made with third-party providers, not with ClipTrip. The provider's own terms, prices, availability and cancellation rules apply, and your contract for any booking is with them. Prices shown in ClipTrip may be estimates or cached and can change. ClipTrip earns affiliate commissions on some bookings (see our Privacy Policy).
Third-party services
ClipTrip relies on third-party services such as maps, place data, AI, payments and travel partners. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, which are governed by their own terms.
Intellectual property
ClipTrip and its software, design and content (excluding your content and third-party content) are owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app.
Disclaimers
ClipTrip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Travel information, routes, prices, Buzz Scores and AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or out of date — verify important details such as prices, opening hours and travel documents before you rely on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipTrip is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from bookings made with third parties or from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using ClipTrip and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where ClipTrip is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
